1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph11b ("ph11b," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph11b.cam. By accessing, registering, depositing funds into, or using any service offered on ph11b, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using ph11b.cam and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on ph11b, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or any other legal entity.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or in the interest of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph11b, nor an immediate family member or domestic partner of such persons.
• Online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing ph11b. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from ph11b or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator.
• You are accessing ph11b from the Republic of the Philippines or another jurisdiction where such access is lawful.

ph11b may request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with any bonus funds forfeited and real-money balances returned subject to verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on ph11b. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When creating your ph11b account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access or use your account.
• Notify ph11b immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

ph11b will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from ph11b that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: ph11b is legally required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ph11b may request updated KYC documents periodically or when there is reasonable cause to do so.

4. Deposits and Payment

All financial transactions on ph11b are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph11b accepts deposits through the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, UnionBank Online, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time at ph11b's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or account tier.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ph11b does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• ph11b is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network connectivity issues beyond our control.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. ph11b reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where suspicious transaction patterns are identified.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds (real-money balance less any active bonus funds subject to wagering) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC identity verification must be completed to ph11b's satisfaction prior to the first withdrawal and as required thereafter.
• The minimum withdrawal is ₱300 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, to mitigate money laundering risks.
• Standard processing time for verified accounts is 15 minutes to 2 business hours for GCash and Maya; up to 2 business days for bank transfers. Actual transfer times depend on the receiving institution.

• If a player makes a significant deposit and requests a withdrawal without meaningful gaming activity, ph11b may apply an administrative fee to cover payment processing costs, or return funds to the original payment source.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ph11b offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated on individual promotion pages:

• Bonuses are available to verified players meeting the eligibility criteria of each specific promotion.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiple is stated per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• ph11b reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ph11b.cam, including but not limited to the ph11b brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content, is the intellectual property of ph11b or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ph11b solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as contemplated by this Agreement. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph11b content without express written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

ph11b collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering on ph11b, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. ph11b implements industry-standard data security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls. Personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be disclosed to PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other regulatory bodies as legally required.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

ph11b provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:

• ph11b makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• ph11b's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ph11b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
• Gambling involves financial risk. ph11b is not liable for losses incurred through lawful gaming activity on the platform. Players accept that gambling outcomes are uncertain and not guaranteed.

12. Responsible Gaming

ph11b is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible through your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Where changes are material, ph11b will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notification on ph11b.cam before the changes take effect. Your continued use of ph11b following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using ph11b and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute with ph11b. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through ph11b's internal dispute resolution process, which may be initiated by contacting our support team.

Notwithstanding the above, regulatory complaints regarding ph11b's gaming license and operations may be submitted directly to PAGCOR through official PAGCOR channels.
